NTSU is a student-led charity, and our governance documents set out how NTSU is run, how decisions are made and the responsibilities of the people involved.
Our Byelaws set out the rules for how NTSU operates day to day. They provide more detail on areas such as our democratic processes, elections, student representation, committees and the responsibilities of our members and officers.
They work alongside our Memorandum and Articles of Association to provide the framework for how decisions are made across NTSU.
