I would like to introduce having bins in male toilets, as currently they are only found in the women's and gender-neutral bathrooms.

It's a common practise to have bins in all toilets nowadays, as males may require disposal of incontinence pads, for example. It’s simply not good enough that men are told to use a disabled toilet to access a sanitary bin.

All it would require is adding pedal bins into cubicles, which would immediately resolve this issue.
