Are you a sociable individual looking to join our exciting and dynamic Trent Events team?
The Entertainments department are looking to recruit Event Assistants to assist with the operation of their diverse events program, across all 3 campuses.
You will be the face of Trent Events, welcoming students into our venues and setting the tone at all of our events!
Role responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing ticket scanning, on the door sales and guest list entry, running the cloakroom for customers, assisting with the promotion of events through flyering and postering, and most importantly delivering excellent levels of customer service.
We are looking for confident, sociable individuals who are reliable, can solve problems under pressure, and work well with a wide range of people.

The Entertainments department are looking to recruit an Events Team Leader to assist with the operation of their diverse events program, across all 3 campuses.
You will lead our team of Events Assistants, be the face of Trent Events, welcoming students into our venues and setting the tone at all of our events!
Role responsibilities include (but not limited to) leading team of Events Assistants on an event, resolving issues regarding ticketing, assisting with queue management and customer queries, problem solving issues on the night and assisting with training new starters.
We are looking for confident, sociable leaders who are reliable, work well with a wide range of people and are passionate about the Trent Events programme!
