The Students' Union's on-campus facilities put everything you need on your doorstep. Grab a bite to eat in The Orangery, our café set in a grade II listed building, and enjoy stunning views across the campus through our window wall. Pick up your daily essentials at the SU shop to save yourself a trip into Southwell. And visit the Brack Bar for a game of pool or to hang out with friends at one of our on-campus events.

University is about making memories, not just grades. Your Students' Union offers you many opportunities to grow and do something you love alongside your studies, such as:
They are excellent ways to meet new people, try new things, and improve your employability. But more importantly, they're a chance to have fun. See all of our current opportunities here.
Your voice matters, and the Students' Union is here to ensure it's heard. We have a team of student representatives, including your Brackenhurst Officer, who are elected to represent students at Brack and improve student life on campus.
We also have Course Reps and School Officers who represent your academic interests and equality and diversity networks that help you meet like-minded students with shared values and experiences.
You can vote for all of your reps in our annual elections. If you want to propose specific changes to the student experience at Brack, why not nominate yourself to become a representative in our elections? If you can't wait until then, you can submit a Big Idea (or vote on other students' ideas) anytime throughout the year.
We're not just here for the good times – we're also here to help you when times get tough. Whatever challenges you may face while at NTU, NTSU can support you in many ways.
While our Information and Advice Service doesn't offer face-to-face appointments on campus, you can still get free, confidential advice on everything from housing to mental health by booking an online or telephone appointment with one of our trained advisers.
Socialising is a huge part of your university experience. That's why NTSU has a varied events calendar that features quizzes, live music, and more. If you want a big night out, our city club nights are worth the trip. If you want something more chilled and closer to home, check our Brackenhurst events schedule below.
Follow our Brackenhurst social media channels to keep up to date with all the latest SU developments on campus.
For travel to and from Brackenhurst, the 26 bus runs on a regular schedule.
