In some ways, NTSU is good at catering to physically disabled guests. Talking to door staff, you won't have to wait in long queues and there are accessible toilets and lifts (not always open, but that's another issue). That being said, it can do better.

I propose an Access for All card and policy. Cards should be applied for by students with accessibility needs and printed with a photo of the cardholder on the front. This would enable them to be able to ask for queue-jump entry, help leaving the venue, help getting drinks, help using lifts and accesible toilets etc. without having to try to explain their disability over music in an uncomfortable and public setting. A student may need help like this if they are unable to stand for long periods of time, can't get to the bar, are feeling overwhelmed or ill and need to be helped to leave the venue, or needs to ask for directions to or help unlocking lifts and toilets.

Rescue Rooms already have a similar policy with their use of Access Card (http://www.accesscard.org.uk/) however this costs £15 to buy. The benefits, however, mean that staff are trained to look at the symbols on the card and understand what they mean and therefore help the cardholder without them having to explain private medical information. It makes it more efficient and more comfortable.

For nights like Climax and Neon, this would make nights out much more accessible to students that otherwise may be unable to take part.
