Description

What we do:

Help in the Community provides NTU students with a way to support the homeless and most vulnerable around Nottingham city centre. We rely on our volunteers to help us prepare and distribute food on the weekly Monday night soup runs we organise. As well, we host a weekly homeless kitchen on a thursday. We do not ask for any donations, just your spare time! On average, a whole run lasts under 2 hours! Volunteering in our soup runs will help you meet like-minded people while making a huge difference in people's lives.

We have ensured that our membership is the minimum amount as it is based on volunteering. *Please note this is needed to participate in our soup runs*. Once you have paid your yearly membership fee on the NTSU website, drop us a message so we can add you to our group chat!

We expect no full-time commitment from our members, you can help out as much or as little as you'd like. Remember anything makes a difference!

We look forward to meeting you!
