Psychology Society's Annual Sumer Boat Ball - Sunday 2nd June 2024 

Say Au Revoir to the 23/24 academic year by joining the Psychology Society on their annual boat ball. This event will be the perfect way to celebrate what an amazing year you have all had and goodbye to the exams. This event is open to first, second, third, fourth, fifth (yes some courses are five years) and so on ... Postgraduates come and join the party too!

We will be picked up from the SU at approximately 5:30pm, to arrive at the lodge in plenty of time to board the boat. Once on the boat, there will be 3 hours of unlimited drinks (house spirits/beer/wine) as well as a meal (vegetatian/vegan/ halal chicken options available). 

Dress code is black tie, so come dressed appropriately! Guests are welcome and do not need to attend Trent but MUST BUY A TICKET. 

This event will sell out so tickets are first come FIRST SERVED. 

£30 includes boat ball, transport to/from the event aswell as a free shot and entrance to our after party. 

WE CAN'T WAIT! 

 

Within the party package, you can get:

- All house spirits (single measures only) - white rum, dark rum, coconut rum, peach schnapps, vodka, whiskey, gin, dry martini, martini bianco, martini rosso, and brandy

- All draught beers (by the pint or half pint) - East Coast IPA, Inch`s cider, Fosters and Carlsberg. 

- Alcopops (by the bottle) - various flavours 

- Wine (by the 125ml glass) - White, Red and Rose 

- Soft drinks - Coke, Diet coke, Lemonade, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon, Tonic water, Still water, Soda water, Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Cranberry juice

House Rules (please read)

• Drinks will only be replenished on the return of an empty glass or bottle to the bar.
• No shots. No rounds. Only one drink per person at any one time. 
• Any other drinks not included in the aforementioned drinks menu will have to be paid for.
• Subject to current licensing laws, the vessel crew reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to any passenger they deem to be too drunk or acting in a manner likely to jeopardise their own safety or the safety of anyone on board.
